By completing this booking form, you are agreeing to:

*Ensure exhibition stand is always staffed for the duration of the event

*Staff on the day will not pack up until the end of the event

*Pay the exhibition stand cost as detailed above before the event, this will be invoiced to you once your booking has been confirmed

*Completing this form does not guarantee a stand, should there be too many exhibitors in any one sector then we reserve the right to limit numbers as we see fit. We want to offer a varied range of choice to those seeking employment. You will be contacted to confirm your place by us at Somerset Jobs.

*Any electrical items brought by your representatives will be PAT tested and certified before use

*I confirm that we hold sufficient public liability insurance and the policy will be valid on the day of the event

Cancellations

*Should be made in writing, cancellations made within two weeks of the event will incur the full cost of the original booking
