SMCC Transportation/Shuttle Bus Interest Form
As SMCC begins to plan the transportation routes and schedules for the 2022-2023 school year, we are asking all families that plan to utilize the SMCC Shuttle Bus between our three campuses or the SMCC Transportation System to fill out this form by Friday, July 15th.

PLEASE NOTE: Enrollment in the SMCC Transportation for the Morning and Afternoon Pickups/Drop Offs requires registration through SMCC.
