We hereby make application for exhibit space in the 2021 MBA Home Building & Remodeling Show to be held from April 30 - May 2, 2021, at the Exposition Center at Wisconsin State Fair Park, 8200 W. Greenfield Ave., West Allis, WI.  We acknowledge that upon acceptance by the Metropolitan Builders Association of Greater Milwaukee, Inc. (MBA), this application becomes a contract. Exhibitor shall comply with all Show Rules & Regulations (review and accept linked PDFs of these documents posted online at MBAhomeshow.com, under the "Exhibit" tab), the terms of the License Agreement printed in this contract, all of which are incorporated into and made a part of this contract as if fully included herein, and also with such other rules and regulations as shall be promulgated from time to time by the MBA. This contract shall not be final until signed by both the Exhibitor and the MBA, but when so signed, shall constitute a binding contract between the parties.

This contract is for floor/booth space only. It DOES NOT include floor coverings (required for all booths), furniture, signage, water, electric, gas, or any other items necessary to exhibit your products or services. Copies of contracts for these services will be included in a separate exhibitor packet sent in follow-up to the signed contract. These services are not provided by the MBA - see outside service contractor packets for Wisconsin State Fair Park and Valley Expo & Displays.  

All exhibitors must carry a Comprehensive General Liability policy with limits of $1,000,000 Per Occurrence/$2,000,000 Aggregate, naming the Metropolitan Builders Association as an additional insured. Exhibitors must provide the MBA with a Certificate of Insurance before the final booth payment is made.

Space reservations must be made using this online application. All information must be complete. A 50%  deposit must be submitted in order for the MBA to officially reserve space for your company. The final balance will be due by March 15, 2021. Any booth reservation made after March 1, 2021 will require payment in full with contract submission.  No refunds of any money will be given after February 15, 2021.

THIS AGREEMENT dated (date provided by date and time stamp based on submission of contract via this Google form) by and between the Metropolitan Builders Association, N16 W23321 Stone Ridge Drive, Waukesha, WI 53188 and the Exhibitor named below by applicant. If applicant's membership with the MBA is not in good standing, this application will be placed on hold and no exhibit space will be reserved until the membership is in good standing. Membership must stay current through May 31, 2021.

Cancellation Policy
It is agreed that should the Home Building & Remodeling Show be cancelled at any time after the MBA receives the signed contract due to enforceable COVID-19, or other safety concerns to the general public, restrictions in place by a Federal, State, County or Local government authority, 100% of the participation fees will be returned.
