60-Minute Seminar: Music of MN American Indian Tribes and Communities - Thursday, June 17, 2021 (9:00 - 10:30 am)
This workshop is intended for music educators of students in grades K-12. It is a repeat of the sessions offered earlier this year.
DATE AND TIME: Thursday, June 17, 2021 (9:00 - 10:30 am). The time is extended to 90 minutes this day to allow for more discussion.

DESCRIPTION:
• Look together at newly compiled resources to help your K-12 students meet Anchor Standard/Benchmark 10: “…including contributions of Minnesota American Indian tribes and communities.”
• This seminar may be taken as a stand-alone workshop, or as part of the MUSIC STANDARDS AND ASSESSMENT SERIES June 14-17.
• There is no cost for this workshop, and 1.5 CEU hours are earned. The seminar is taught by Dr. Wendy Barden, Music Education Specialist in Professional Development & Resource Programs at Perpich Center for Arts Education.
