WAITLIST STARTED AS OF SEPTEMBER 7, 10:30pm.

This is the online entry form for both shows. ONE SHOW WILL BE HELD SATURDAY AND ONE SHOW HELD ON SUNDAY. PLEASE SELECT WHICH SHOWS YOU ARE SIGNING UP FOR BELOW. Once completed, you will receive an automated copy from google of your filled out form which will serve as your entry confirmation. PAYPAL INVOICES will be issued two weeks before the show and will need to be paid within 48hrs.

MANDATORY SHOW FEES- 
L1 Entry fee:  $200 PER SHOW
L2-L7 Entry Fee: $225 PER SHOW
USAWE Show Fee Per Horse/show $2.00 
CA Drug Fee $14.00 PER SHOW
Office Fee $14.00 ONE-TIME per pair
Jackpot Entry $20 PER SHOW

(The jackpot will pay out to the the TOP 3 highpoint scores collected from both shows regardless of level or division. Your dressage and EOH score are averaged for you overall score from each show. If you are entered in both shows your highest combined average score out of the two days will be used.)

STABLING & ACCOMMODATIONS 
Stabling Flat Fee   $75 (This is a FLAT FEE that covers all arrivals/departures between Thurs-Mon regardless of how many days/nights are needed)
Shavings $15/bag
RV Parking $45/night
Day Haul In/Show out of trailer  Fee $25/day

PAYMENT:
Paypal invoices will be sent out TWO WEEKS before the show and will need to be paid within 48 hours to maintain your entry spot. 

REFUNDS: 
After the closing date, refunds will only be granted if there is someone on the waitlist to take your spot OR if you have a letter from your veterinarian.

Visit our website www.ecfwe.com for directions to the farm. NOTE: Please do not enter ANY automated gates when you arrive. Follow website directions carefully through the back gates to show parking and stabling.

DOG POLICY:  Please leave your dogs at home.  If you need to bring your dog, please have them leashed at all times.  We prefer that dogs remain in the stabling area for the safety of the competitors and spectators. 


FARM ACCESS: Gates will be open from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm, Friday and 6:00 am to 6:00 pm Saturday and Sunday.  ABSOLUTELY NO after hours arrivals are allowed unless you have made prior arrangements with the show manager, Christy Reich (310) 729-5105.  


Competition Requirements

This show will be conducted and judged in accordance with the United States Rules for Working Equitation, Revision 6,, dated 1 January 2023.  The rules can be found at the following site: https://usawe.org/rules.  It is the competitor’s responsibility to read and understand the rules prior to the competition

NOTE: THERE ARE NEW DRESSAGE TESTS FOR 2023.  

All competitors holding a membership with USAWE may compete. Non-members are allowed to compete in for a $20 non-member fee.  Non-members can use a one-time voucher in place of the non-member fee.

All competing horses must be recorded with USAWE in advance of the show. A one-time fee of $20 per horse includes lifetime performance tracking.

A single horse and rider team is allowed to show in only one level. A horse may be entered twice in a competition if ridden by two different riders and in different levels.  Exception:  Two youth can share the same horse if competing in Level 1.  See Rulebook, Section 1.7.
