Details (please read!):
-we are meeting this Sunday Nov 22nd at the Port Kells Church building (on 88 Ave just west of 192 St in Surrey) at 5:30 pm for a 1 hour or less worship gathering. Everyone's safety is paramount!
-we will continue to stream services via Facebook Live for those that choose not to attend or can’t
-the facility will be thoroughly sanitized ahead of time
-we must follow all mandated guidelines for meeting together, i.e. no more than 50 people at one time, vigorous washing of hands before you come, 2 metre distancing, staying home if you or anyone you've been in contact with are exhibiting symptoms of illness, avoid touching face, cough or sneeze into elbow, using the washroom at home before you come (washrooms will be made available of course), etc.
-hand sanitizer will be made available in Lobby...please use before and after the service
-doors open to outside to allow for maximum ventilation
-face masks will not be required, but people who wish to sing during corporate worship time (including the worship leader and preacher) will be expected to wear one. Some face masks will be provided but please bring your own.
-the Debit Machine will be thoroughly sanitized before and after use. Offerings can be dropped off at the Debit Table (no passing of baskets) in the Lobby.
-we caution anyone 65+ years of age and/or with any serious underlying health conditions about coming, but everyone is welcome
-everyone's name and contact info will be gathered at the front door for contact-tracing purposes
