Roles:
UTBC Co-Presidents (2)
- Responsible for the government of the UTBC executive team
- Key decision maker and influencer of club directives towards meeting strategic objectives
- Lead on setting strategic objectives and forwarding of Court Hours, Intramurals, and Tournament initiatives
- Facilitate monthly executive meetings
- Recruit, select, and on board executive hires
- Act as a diplomat to forming new partnerships with other clubs and community entities
- Committed to the smooth operating and improvement of the club
- Abilities- Delegate task, Motivate executives, Adaptable in dynamic environments, Manages risk, set SMART goals, foster inclusive and safe environment
Eligibility requirement: 2+ years with the club, or 1-year leadership experience elsewhere; must be a current UofT student.

UTBC Vice-President (1)
- Work collaboratively with Co-Presidents to govern the UTBC executive team
- Support in setting strategic objectives and forwarding of Court Hours, Intramurals, and Tournament initiatives
- Facilitate monthly executive meetings in the absence of Co-Presidents
- Recruit, select, and on board executive hires
- Committed to the smooth operating and improvement of the club
- Abilities- Delegate tasks, Motivate executives, Adaptable in dynamic environments, Manages risk, set SMART goals, foster inclusive and safe environment
Eligibility requirement: 2+ years with the club, or 1-year leadership experience elsewhere; must be a current UofT student.
