Class link will be sent to you upon registration and you are welcome to join when it works for you. Babies are welcome on the mat any day. The class is suitable for women who are at least 3 months postpartum, as well as moms-to-be.
This is a five week series is designed with the new mom in mind. The class accommodates having your baby with you on your mat or nearby; if your baby is sleeping, let them sleep and join us for unrestricted movement.
For this class, we will explore themes in patience, presence, self-care, connection & clarity, and gratitude. The physical practice is rooted in a Vinyasa flow style of yoga and is appropriate for postpartum moms, all bodies, and all levels of yoga practice. The practice is a physical one designed to create strength and stability while releasing tension in the body.
The class is 8 dollars to drop in or $30 for the 5 week series.
All classes are also available via recording and will be emailed to you in case you miss all or parts of class, or if you would like to revisit the class later in the week.
