Hi there lovely TECS Coordinator!

It's coming to the end of the summer :( and so we have asked you to fill out this final feedback form. The idea of the form is to get you to reflect on your own performance. In this section we will get you to grade yourself on various parts of the job and professional skills and attitudes that you displayed this summer. In this way you also can identify where you can improve. Together you will go through this with your manager who will also give your constructive feedback so that you can continue to improve and develop in the future.

Please make sure to do this by yourself, and not with all of the other staff, as we want YOUR opinion or want you to reflect on YOUR own performance.
