2021 Sparta Fall Fest Chili Challenge Registration
Cooking/serving/food safety:
No canned chili, please!
For public health reasons; All ingredients must be purchased.
Please provide at least 4 gallons. (Keep in mind; the more you serve, the more people can taste/vote)
Each team should consist of at least 2 people to be make sure we keep up with serving.
We recommend using a full-size roaster for serving.
Each team will be provided with electrical plug in, spoons, bowls, and voting equipment.
You may bring bowls, spoons, etc. and sell your chili as well. (Max of $5/bowl & $3/cup)

Other Details:
Registration is $20/team & we are limited to only 8 teams, so get in quick!
The site opens at 1:15pm, with serving starting at 1:30 pm
Each team will be provided a booth to make their own.
Decorate, dress up, make it a theme! The best Decorated prize is $100!
Please help us make this a safe and healthy event for all by following day of safety protocols put in place by the SACOC.

Judging/Voting/Awards:
-Three categories will be awarded at 3:00pm
--1st place – Traveling Trophy & $150
-Judged by the three official judges
--People’s Choice - $75
--Judged by the community taste testers
-Best Decorated/dressed - $100
--Judged by the Chili Cook Off Committee
-Official judging will take place at 1:30pm, please make sure you are ready!
--Official Judge cups and lids will be distributed when you check in.
--The chief scorekeeper will pick up (3) cups with lids for the judges. Please label with your team number ONLY.
