Juneteenth Entertainment 2024

Thank you for offering your time to perform during the 2024 Juneteenth Celebrations! We really appreciate it and wouldn't be able to do this without your help.

This is a quick form just to grab some details from you, particularly your contact details, times available, and food allergies (because we want to be able to feed you while at the Festival!).

The 2024 Juneteenth Festivals are as follows:

  • Fargo: Saturday, June 15th
  • Moorhead: Monday, June 17th
  • Bismarck: Wednesday, June 19th
  • Jamestown: Saturday, June 22nd

We will select artists by May 1st. You will receive an email with follow-up questions by April 24th.

ARTIST AGREEMENT:

ALL PERFORMERS WILL BE AT THE MANDATORY SOUND CHECK AT THE DESIGNATED TIME.

ALL PERFORMERS WILL REFRAIN FROM ALL PROFANITY, SEXUAL, OR RACIAL SLURS

ALL PERFORMERS WILL SHOW UP 1 HOUR BEFORE THEIR DESIGNATED TIME AND MUST CHECK IN WITH THE ENTERTAINMENT COORDINATOR. FAILURE TO DO THIS COULD RESULT IN TERMINATION OF PERFORMANCE.

ALL PERFORMERS MUST NOTIFY THE ENTERTAINMENT COORDINATOR IF THEY ARE UNABLE TO PERFORM.

ALL PERFORMERS WILL SUBMIT A COMPLETED AND SIGNED W-9 (AND IF APPLICABLE, AN INVOICE) TO THE ENTERTAINMENT COORDINATOR BY MAY 15TH. FAILURE TO DO THIS COULD FORFEIT PAYMENT.

ALL PERFORMERS WILL SEND ANY AUDIO FILES OR ACCOMPANYING MATERIALS FOR THEIR PERFORMANCE TO RICKY OR GERALDINE NO LATER THE MAY 22ND.

ALL PERFORMERS AGREE TO THE TERMS ABOVE.
