A commission form for those wanting a hand painted product on physical canvas or other material.

You will be charged a nonrefundable flat fee of $50 to begin this commission. This is so if we end up canceling for whatever reason, my time isn't wasted. *

What size canvas or other material would you prefer (please specify if you want it on something other than canvas)? (E.g. 2' × 3') *

Please describe what you are wanting in the artwork, and anything specific you are wanting to see in the piece. (E.g. "please draw pikachu wearing a corset, holding a parasol, about to be eaten by crocodiles. Include lots of bright colours!!! I want to feel like I'm on acid!") If you want me to have complete creative control you can let me know too. *

Is there anything you'd like me to avoid? (E.g. "please avoid the colour salmon, it sends me into a rage.")

You will be charged the full amount after the product is finished, and you will not receive the product until after the bill has been paid in full. Prices are subject to change depending on the amount of corrections and direction given to the artist (Me). *

I, as the artist, will do my best to provide you with what you are wanting, as well as my best quality work. Sketches, open conversation, as well as picture updates will be provided to ensure satisfaction. *

I am a very busy person, so I won't be able to produce a timeline of when the piece will be completed. If needed by a certain date please let me know. *

The artist (me) has the right to cancel the commission at any point, for any reason. If that is the case, the $50 deposit will be refunded. *

The artist (still me) has the right to use this commission in social media posts as well as further use in prints and reproductions. If the piece is sentimental (i.e. a grandparent, or family pet) then I will understandably not sell any prints of your nana. *
