The International Cargo Bike Festival (ICBF) will take place in Nijmegen on 24-26 April 2020. In this online form, Exhibitors can register for the ICBF Expo on Sat-Sun 25-26 April.

We're back in Nijmegen for 2020 at De Vasim, which veterans of ICBF editions from 2016 and earlier will remember. De Vasim is a former silk factory turned alternative workshop space, with plenty of outside space, which you'll be pleased to hear offers both plentiful protection from rain and a firm asphalt surface underfoot.

Last year we were delighted to welcome 240 B2B and policy maker delegates from over 30 countries to the ICBF Conference in Groningen. This year we want to give ICBF Expo Exhibitors maximum exposure to ICBF Conference delegates. That's why we're holding an ICBF Conference Mini-Expo in which ICBF Expo Exhibitors will get the chance to network alongside one bike or one table in a prominent location inside the Conference venue. To join in, you will need to register the individual colleagues you want to be present for the ICBF Conference. This registration occurs separately and we'll keep you in the loop as details on pricing etc are released.

On Friday 24th, ICBF Expo Exhibitors will be able to set up their stands, and the ICBF Conference will also take place. Those taking part in the conference will get a chance to set up a day earlier, on Thursday 23rd.

Last year we went all out on social media to give ICBF Exhibitors as much publicity as possible. From a followership in the low hundreds this time last year, we've build a platform of around 6000 followers. From this base, we plan to continue expanding in order to spread the #cargobike message as far and wide as possible. Good for the planet, but also good for your business! Pricing

For ICBF 2020, we've frozen prices for Expo space, meaning prices have not risen since ICBF 2019.
⫸ Prices exclude VAT and do not include any extras such as dividing walls, booth construction, electricity, carpet etc.

👉 Lunch vouchers
We hate to see our Exhibitors going hungry. That's why our prices include lunch vouchers and drink tickets for Exhibitors. For example:
⫸ 8m²: one lunch voucher + one drink ticket per day for both Saturday and Sunday.
⫸ 16m² and above: two lunch vouchers + two drink tickets per day for both Saturday and Sunday.

Outdoors and Indoors Expo space
How much Expo space will you need at ICBF 2020? Both indoors and outdoors spaces are available.
⫸  Outdoors - this means exactly what it sounds like. Your Expo space will be outdoors, but covered from (possible!) rain.
⫸  Indoors - space is also available indoors; away from the elements, in one of several large marquee tents.

At the ICBF, Expo space is just that - you get square metrage on the ground, but extras such as dividing walls, booth construction, electricity and carpet are not included.
⫸ Please note that for outdoors space, regulations of the Municipality of Nijmegen *do not* allow Exhibitors to bring along their own tents or gazebos. That's why we offer outdoor space under cover, and indoor space in pre-erected marquee tents.

Co-Exhibitors
This year, we are making it possible to share your exhibiting costs with ONE other co-exhibitor. Bringing another organisation along with you? There are NO extra co-exhibitor fees! However, your co-exhibitor must be registered here with us. How you share booth space and costs is up to you and your co-exhibitor. Please note that in order to confirm your registration at ICBF 2020, we require payment in full from one party. Do you want to co-exhibit with more than one other organisation? To keep things clear and fair we're limiting co-exhibitors to ONE per Expo stand, so extra Exhibitors will need to apply separately for their own Expo space. If there's another Exhibitor you want your Expo space to be close to, let us know and we'll accommodate requests as far as possible.

👉 Section 4:  Media and publicity packages
Basic ICBF Media Package
We work hard to promote the ICBF and to make it a success. To support these activities, an obligatory 'Basic' ICBF Media Package payment of €149 is due from every Exhibitor and Co-Exhibitor at ICBF 2020. This contributes to the overall promotion of the festival in the form of:

⫸ Your logo and profile in the website index of exhibitors
⫸ Media partnerships, for example in print and on radio
⫸ Online advertising
⫸ Social media activities
