We are looking for a team member to train and eventually bring on full time. This role is not for someone who already has a full client load with their own agency.

Your Role
This role is meant for an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual who would like to get involved in creating and editing content for a social media agency. This is a hourly, virtual position with the potential to become a salaried associate.  

As the Content Creation Assistant, you create content to execute social media strategies across multiple channels for multiple brands.

Must be familiar with the most popular social media platforms – Facebook, Instagram, & Pinterest with an interest in learning Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

Here’s the role you’ll play:

-monthly reporting of KPIs for multiple clients
-creating content using Canva, Adobe spark, Picmonkey, etc
-manage accounts on Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest
-write captions according to a brands voice
-engage with audiences
-Identify new trends and opportunities to develop social-first strategies for clients and the company
-create content that executes a brands marketing objectives
-client pitching (with a potential for commissions)
-bi weekly meetings with CEO
Commitment - Pay & Hours
Starting rate - $20/hr with quarterly reviews and pay increases
Hours - starting at 16/mo

Potential for salary after 6 months

Qualifications:
-willing to learn new things
-understand how to use Trello, Asana, Google Sheets/Docs, Voxer & Slack

You will receive an email by August 15, 2021 letting you know if you are moving on to the interview portion of this process. The first interview will be via zoom but audio only. This call will be 15 minutes for me to take in your overall vibe and go over your application. If we hit it off in this interview you will proceed to the next step of the process.

Timeline looks like:
-Application received
-15 minute interviews
-A short assignment given to you by August 15, 2021 and due August 20th, 2021. (you will NOT have to create content because yeen be paid for that haha).
-Final applicants will be asked for a final interview by August 20th, 2021
-Official hire by August 30th, 2021

This timeline could be shorter if we find who we are looking for.
