Terms & Conditions:
1. BOOKING POLICY: Booking of each session will be on first-come-first-serve basis, subject to maximum capacity.
2. ABSENCE & MAKEUP POLICY: 24 hours in advance notice is required for any absences or rescheduling. Absences without advance notice will be counted as attended classes and class credits will be deducted. Make up class is allowed during the 2019 Easter Workshop from 15 April, 2019 – 26 April, 2019 and cannot be further re-scheduled, and must be completed on or before 26 April, 2019. Makeup credit for workshops will be carried over based on monetary amount, and cannot be used on our regular programmes.
3. VALIDITY PERIOD: All sessions must be completed from 15 April, 2019 – 26 April, 2019.
4. TYPHOON & RAINSTORM: Classes will be cancelled for Typhoon Signal No.8 or Black Rainstorm. Should Typhoon Signal No.8 be hoisted, all children in classes will be dismissed. Instructors will contact parents to arrange for immediate pick-up. No refund, credit or make up class will be offered for any class cancellation due to weather conditions.
5. REFUND POLICY: All classes are non-refundable and non-transferrable to other students
6. INJURY POLICY: Our centre will take appropriate actions if accidents or injuries occurred during children’s participation in any of the activities. Our centre will not be held liable for any injuries resulted from one’s inappropriate actions.
7. PUBLICITY: We reserve the right to photograph all classes and use the images or video recordings for our publications, websites or other educational or promotional purposes. Should you object to the use of your photo or your child’s photo, please inform our centre in writing at the time of registration.
