Power & Privilege Symposium 2022 Volunteer Form
Thank you for signing up to volunteer for the Power and Privilege Symposium. This symposium depends on volunteers & collaboration from the Whitman community--- from the session leaders & guest speakers to those who help ensure the symposium runs smoothly throughout the week. We have many volunteer opportunities so consider signing up for more than one task and encourage your friends to sign up too!

Places & Ways you can Volunteer:

1. P&P Kick-Off Event (Tuesday January 22, 2022 -- 6pm-8:30pm): This event will feature a guest music performance as we kick off P&P Week 2022. Help be an usher, give away t-shirts, stickers, and pamphlets or help people to their seats.

2. P&P Keynote Speaker (Wednesday January 23, 2022 -- 5:15-7:45pm): Help be an usher, hand out pamphlets, check attendance or help people to their seats.

3. P&P Day (Thursday January 24, 2022 -- 9am-3:45pm): Help track attendance in one of the P&P Sessions or our overflow rooms! You can also help with a virtual zoom room for sessions online.

Do you want to Volunteer for the P&P Kick-Off Event (Tuesday February 22, 2022)? If so, which jobs are you willing to do (check all that apply).
We need 2 volunteers checking people in and 2 to assist with accessibility and floating throughout the venue. You will need to be able to stay the duration of the performance from 6:00pm - 8:30pm, if you do not think you can stay consider volunteering to help with the P&P sessions. Reminder, this is on the 22nd of February.

We need 4 people to help with check-in and 2 people to assist with accessibility. You will need to be able to stay the duration of the keynote from 5:15pm - 7:45pm, if you do not think you can stay consider volunteering to help with the sessions. Reminder that this is on the 24th of February.
