Completely filling out this online form registers your child for the Confirmation Prep Program at Our Lady of Victory for receiving the Sacrament of Confirmation in the Fall of 2022. Once completed, please send a copy of Baptismal Certificate to Cassandra at cpalmer@olvictory.org

CONFIRMATION PREP PROGRAM FEE: $155 (Early Discount $140 by December 10)
Fees help to defray the cost of books, materials, and the overnight retreat. The fee can be paid in full at the time of registration or partial payments can be made -- checks or online payment are acceptable. Contact Cassandra for detailed instructions.

It's important that we know whether every Confirmation Candidate has validly received his or her Sacraments of Initiation, as well as Reconciliation. If anyone needs to receive a sacrament for the first time, Cassandra will help you with the necessary formation on an individual basis.

Why do we need this? All Roman Catholic Sacramental records are collected at the Church where an individual's Baptism was recorded. We require the correct date and address of your child's baptism, so that when he or she is confirmed, we will send the documentation to that church.
