We are writing to seek your support for the 10th Annual Orangeville Christian School Golf Tournament, Dinner & Celebration in memory of Nick Schaafsma. We have booked the beautiful Hockley Valley Resort on Fri. May 29, 2020 for our event. We are striving for a sold-out event and we are excited to welcome "The Campfire Poets", a local favourite band, to perform live for us after dinner.
We are now seeking numerous sponsorships to help make this day a success. This is where we are looking for your support. All proceeds will go towards the work of Orangeville Christian School as it continues to serve the region. Platinum Golf Sponsor $1600 Includes Golf Foursome with all event-day privileges (a $900.00 value), logo identification on all promotional material, large signage at the tournament, recognition during dinner and in the program.

Platinum Evening Sponsor $1000 Live entertainment by "The Campfire Poets". Sponsorship includes 2 dinner tickets, (a $150 value), logo identification on all promotional materials, large signage at the tournament, recognition during dinner and in the program.

Gold Contest Sponsor $500 Signage at the contest location. Recognition during dinner and in the printed program.

Tee/Hole Sponsor $200 Signage at the tee or hole. Recognition in the printed program.

Prize Donation. Donate an item or service towards the Silent Auction

If you are a parent at OCS, we will add this to your Pre Authorized Debit account.

If you are not a parent at OCS, you may hand in cash or cheque to the school office prior to May 28, 2020, or

email transfer prior to May 28. Please email bookkeeper@orangevillechristianschool.com. (You will need to send her the password in a separate email.)

If necessary, payment may be made on May 29 in person at the registration desk, but this method is not preferred.

For prize donations towards the Silent Auction, please drop off items to the school prior to June 10. Thank you!
