2021-2022 Purcell Public Schools                           Pre-Enrollment Survey PK-5th Grades
Pre-enrollment for the 2021-2022 school year has begun for current students in Purcell Elementary and Purcell Intermediate Schools.

This survey needs to be completed for each student in the home. This information helps us prepare for class sizes, curriculum purchases and online licenses for the upcoming school year.

What to do now:
Please complete this Pre-Enrollment Form.
Parents without access to email may call the school office 405-442-0099 to provide the necessary information.  In the event, the phone is not answered please leave a message and your call will be returned.  

What to expect later:
Parents must confirm the student's enrollment in August at the school office.

Will need to provide proof of residence and updated shot records in August.
