條款及細則

1. 資格:
  • 此活動僅限於香港地區的有效 Disney+ 會員。
  • 參加者必須年滿 18 歲。

2. 活動期限:
  • 活動始於2023 年 11 月 6 日，於2023 年 11 月17 日下午 5 時 59 分結束。

3. 如何參加:
  • 參賽需要提供準確的資料，包括與有效的 Disney+ 訂閱連結的電郵地址和有效的郵寄地址。
  • 參加者必須回答所提供的問題以完成報名。

4. 得獎者選擇:
  • 華特迪士尼(香港)有限公司（「TWDCHK」）將根據參加者的答案質素，並按其獨有酌情權選出得獎者。

5. 獎品:
  • 獎品包括香港迪士尼樂園酒店（國賓廳《魔雪奇緣》主題套房）：住宿一晚、香港迪士尼樂園2日標準門票（成人）：四張、迪士尼尊享卡一項設施通行：八張（雪嶺滑雪橇及魔雪奇幻之旅各四張）。
  • 獎品不可轉讓，並不可兌換現金或其他替代品，且不得與其他推廣或折扣同時使用。
  • 獎品須受香港國際主題樂園有限公司（「HKITP」）適用的政策和條款及細則約束，而該等政策和條款及細則將可能由HKITP 不時修訂或補充。

6. 得獎者通知:
  • 得獎者將在活動結束後 30 天內通過其於報名時提供的電郵地址收到通知。
  • 如果得獎者在 7 天內未回覆，TWDCHK 可能會選擇新的得獎者。
  • 得獎者在收到得獎通知時仍須為香港地區的有效Disney+ 會員方可領獎。

7. 資料私隱:
  • 參加者的資料僅用於此次活動的目的，不會與第三方共享。

8. 取消資格:
  • TWDCHK 保留權利取消未符合參加資格或未遵守此等及/或任何相關條款及細則的參賽者的資格。

9. 責任限制:
  • TWDCHK 對於可能影響活動的任何技術故障、遺失參賽作品或其他問題概不負責。
  • TWDCHK 不對獎品提供任何陳述或保證。 在適用法律允許的最大範圍內，TWDCHK 不對得獎者或任何其他人因獎品產生或與之相關而遭受的損失、成本、費用、收費、損害、索賠、要求、法律程序、訴訟、義務或責任（包括但不限於任何性質的任何傷害、損壞、損失或費用）承擔責任。

10. 修改和終止:
  • TWDCHK 保留隨時 (i) 修改或補充此等條款和細則；及 (ii) 修改、暫停或終止活動的權利，恕不另行通知。

參與此活動即表示參加者同意遵守此等條款及細則。



Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility:
  • The campaign is open to active Disney+ subscribers in Hong Kong.
  • Participants must be at least 18 years old.

2. Campaign Period:
  • The campaign begins on November 6, 2023 and ends on November 17, 2023 at 5:59pm.

3. How to Enter:
  • Entry requires providing accurate information, including email address associated with an active Disney+ subscription and valid mailing address.
  • Participants must answer the provided questions to complete their entry.

4. Selection of Winner:
  • The winner will be selected based on the quality of their answers at the sole discretion of The Walt Disney Company (Hong Kong) Limited (“TWDCHK”).

5. Prize:
  • The prize includes 1-Night Accommodation at The Hong Kong Disneyland Hotel (Kingdom Club Frozen Suite), 2-Day Hong Kong Disneyland General Admission Park Tickets for four guests, and Disney Premier Access to experience "Wandering Oaken's Sliding Sleighs" and "Frozen Ever After" in World of Frozen for four guests (8 Disney Premier Accesses in total).
  • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives, and may not be used in conjunction with other promotions or discounts.
  • The prize shall be subject to the applicable policies, and terms and conditions of Hongkong International Theme Parks Limited (“HKITP”), as such policies, terms and conditions may be amended or supplemented from time to time by HKITP.

6. Winner Notification:
  • The winner will be notified via the email address provided during registration within 30 days of the campaign end date.
  • If the winner does not respond within 7 days, a new winner may be selected by TWDCHK.
  • The winner must remain an active Disney+ subscriber in Hong Kong during the winner notification period to be eligible for the prize.

7. Data Privacy:
  • Participant information will be used only for the purpose of this campaign and will not be shared with third parties.

8. Disqualification:
  • TWDCHK reserves the right to disqualify any participants that do not meet eligibility criteria or fail to comply with these and/or any related terms and conditions.

9. Limitation of Liability:
  • TWDCHK is not responsible for any technical malfunctions, lost entries, or other issues that may affect the campaign.
  • TWDCHK gives no representation or warranty as to the prize. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TWDCHK shall not be liable for any loss, cost, expense, charge, damage, claim, demand, proceeding, action, obligation or liability (including without limitation, any injury, damage, loss or expense of any nature) suffered by the winner or any other person resulting from or in connection with the prize.

10. Amendments and Termination:
  • TWDCHK reserves the right to (i) amend or supplement these terms and conditions and (ii)modify, suspend, or terminate the campaign, at any time without notice.
