Where is your current system located? And is it up or down a set of stairs? Please describe the location. (ex. Downstairs in the basement, first floor, upstairs etc.)
What type of batteries do you have? And what is the make and model of the batteries? (Ex. Flooded lead acid, Nickle Iron, etc.)
What is your battery bank capacity in Ah and/or kwh? And what is your system nominal voltage?
If you have solar, what is the name make and module of your inverter and charge controller? 
What is your main power source for charging your batteries? (Ex. Utility, solar, generator, etc.)
If you have solar panels, what is their name plate rating and what is the size of your array?
