Machynlleth Comedy Festival 2019              Green Team Volunteer Form                          
If you are interested in green issues, want to create positive change, enjoy talking to people and working as part of a fun team, this is the role for you! As a Green Team volunteer you will conduct audience travel surveys, monitoring energy use in venues, conduct sustainability surveys with the food and drink traders, support the successful reusable cup system and supervise the new waste system trial in the festival areas.

Your application will be processed on receipt and we will contact you as soon as we can. If you don't get an immediate response, don't worry, we will contact you - we are a tiny team!
 
There are a limited number of volunteer positions available and once positions are filled we will close the application process. The deadline for applications is SUNDAY 21st April.

Please note this is a separate team to the general volunteer or technical team and doing both would be exhausting!


Volunteers receive a crew wristband which entitles you to a camping pitch on our campsite, crew breakfast from Friday to Monday, and, when you're off-duty, free entry to any shows with spare capacity.

You will typically be allocated 3 shifts of between 3-4 hours in length over the weekend as well as the Monday morning. Please note the majority of your shifts will be outdoors.

Volunteers must be 18 years of age or over at the time of the festival.
