Event requirements: 
1. Host and participants  must meet all current NERVA requirements. 
2. Host will collect SportsWrench Rosters from all teams 
3. Host will review rosters for accuracy 
4. Host will submit the collected rosters to the Juniors Commissioner within 72 hours of the event along with a report to NERVA with any issues. 
Sanction may be withdrawn by the Region for failure to comply.

I acknowledge that all Staff, Officials, ATC's and adults involved in any capacity with junior players will have a Current USAV/NERVA membership, Current Background Screening and Current SafeSport Certificate. I also acknowledge understanding that I understand ALL players and adults involved must have the required membership and credentials in order to retain NERVA Sanction. Sanction may be withdrawn by the Region for failure to comply.
