Dear FPS Grantseeker - Please complete this form prior to submitting any grant application, including Fayetteville Public Education Foundation grants.  

Please complete the form no later than two weeks prior to the grant deadline. (One week for FPEF grants.)

If the grant requires the Board of Education approval or matching funds, this form is due three months prior to the grant deadline.

You will receive confirmation of approval/denial to proceed within one week of form submission.  Please do not proceed until you receive approval.
