The idea is for this part of the portfolio to become more dynamic and change over time. Every 3 years faculty will reflect upon how they address a different faculty value in their teaching and college service. Some values, like teaching or Inclusion, will likely be addressed fairly often, while others, like scholarship or service, may be addressed as faculty change their focus over time.
