2023 Team Tent Application
The Woodlands Marathon Management would like to thank you for participating in our 2023 event.  In order to provide Running Clubs the opportunity to stage a team tent around the race site we have implemented the following process.

APPLICATION DEADLINE: FEBRUARY 25th.

Only 10x10 areas will be reserved.  
All Team Tents must be staged on Friday, March 3rd between 8:00am-9:00pm.
Tents must be sandbagged or weighted.  NO STAKES ALLOWED.

Terms and Conditions: Team agrees to have tent set up on Friday , March 3rd, by 9:00pm and removed no later than 4:00pm on Saturday, March 4th, 2023.  Team agrees The Woodlands Marathon Management is not responsible for belongings or property unattended to during the event.  Team agrees to comply with the 2023 The Woodlands Marathon Finish Festival rules provided to the Team.  All team products and signage must fit within space provided.  Teams must not block other tents or walkways.  Event management reserves the right to remove inappropriate or obstructive displays.  Use of team tent by two or more teams is not permitted.  Event management reserves the right to reject, restrict or remove any tent.  Team agrees that Event management may change the space assignments.  The Woodlands Marathon Management reserves the right to cancel the Finish Festival at any time. *
