Sure Thing & Race Training Schedule 
Sure thing & training schedules are created by Certified Run coach Jen Steele and BODi coach Nicole Dobransky. 

We are finalizing our schedules and I will send you the link to purchase once they are completed, sometime before Dec 30, 2023. 

Schedules include 3-4 days of running and 4 Sure Thing Workouts/week. 
1 speed workout/week & guidance on how to complete
2 easy runs (1 with strides)
Progressive long runs
Recovery week every 4th week
