Please fill out ONE FORM FOR EACH STUDENT requesting bus transportation.
This form is ONLY for regular pick up and dismissal. If you are looking for after school programs please email: info@pikeroadschools.org See the following guidance on whether to fill out this form:
- If your student is enrolled in CK-C12 in Pike Road City School District they ARE ELIGIBLE to request Bus Transportation, Please complete the form below.
- If your student is enrolled in Pre-K for the 2024/2025 school year, PRS requires parents to provide transportation, please DO NOT fill out this form.
- If you have a student who resides in The Waters and will attend the Elementary School for the 2023-2024 school year, They will be Water's Walkers, please DO NOT fill out this form.
- If you have a student who resides in The Orchards and will attend the Elementary School for the 2024-2025 school year, They will be Orchard's Walkers, please DO NOT fill out this form.
Remember that school bus transportation is for regular riders. Do not fill out this form if your student will not ride the school bus on a consistent basis. Once bus routes have stabilized, the practice is to remove students from bus rosters if they do not ride the bus for 10 consecutive school days.
PRS Transportation will correspond with families that are eligible for transportation near the start of the school year with bus route and stop information to the email provided below. The correspondence will come from "noreply@transfinder.com"
Remember to make a family plan for your child to get safely to and from the bus stop when using a school bus.

Consulte la siguiente guía sobre si debe completar este formulario:
- Si su estudiante está inscrito en CK-C12 en el Distrito Escolar de la Ciudad de Pike Road, ES ELEGIBLE para solicitar transporte en autobús, complete el formulario a continuación.
- Si su estudiante está inscrito en Pre-K para el año escolar 2024/2025, PRS requiere que los padres proporcionen transporte, NO complete este formulario.
