P4 medicine survey
Dear participant, hello and welcome to our survey!

You are invited to participate in our survey about P4 medicine. It was designed by students participating in the Erasmus+ PROMISE project (Personalized Medicine Inquiry-Based Education, promise.medils.hr/).

Through this survey, we want to challenge your knowledge on the concept of 4Ps and the impact this model could have in the future healthcare. We hope that the collected data will provide us with a better understanding of the current role of this model in our society.
Answering the different questions should not take more than 10-15 minutes of your time. All data recorded will be treated anonymously and confidentially.

Explanation of GDPR
