Thank you very much for participating in the Teaching Award Nomination and showing your gratitude for the professors. Please review the nominator eligibility and procedure carefully.

Nominator eligibility:
An undergraduate student at UofT St. George Campus is eligible to fill out the nomination form if they are taking at least one CSC-labeled course in Fall 2021 or Winter 2022.

Win through nomination voting:
Students can nominate a professor/instructor if they are enrolled in their course(s) in Fall 2021 or Winter 2022.
On this nomination form, students need to specify
1) Professor/instructor they would like to nominate
2) At least 1 course they are taking with this faculty member in Fall 2021 or Winter 2022. This course must be a CSC-labeled course. This course cannot be a graduate seminar course.

Nomination period:
March 21st, 2022 - April 3rd, 2022

Winning criteria:
The award recipient is the faculty member who receives the most votes in proportion to the total number of students they teach in undergraduate CSC-labeled courses in the year 2021-2022.
If multiple faculty members have the same highest percentage of votes, the award will be given to all of them.
