Estelle Gourmet Cooking Summer Camp 2019


Estelle's cooking camp is 4 day session from 10:00 am to 12:30 pm Tuesday to Friday
(drop off starts at 9:30 am), in English.
It’s a hand-on class  where the kids will learn the fundamentals such as kitchen safety and sanitation, knife skills, the classic sauces (bechamel, vinaigrette, veloutes…) introduction to pastry… The kids will take home recipes.

Class limited to max 12 kids
According to participants we will arrange groups by ages.

Dates:
★Tuesday 6/25 to Friday 6/28
★Tuesday 7/2 to Friday 7/5  (no class on July 4th)
★Tuesday 7/9 to Friday 7/12
★Tuesday 7/16 to Friday 7/19
