The West Springfield High School Activities Office would like to gather information that will best prepare us for the start of the winter sports season. Please fill out the following form for EACH student trying out for any of the following sports: Boys Basketball, Girls Basketball, Swim/Dive, Indoor Track, Gymnastics, Rifle and Wrestling.
