If circumstances do not allow for your family to stay, please see information below to assist you with your process.

Please note this form must be received 2 weeks prior to the 10th of the month. Until we receive a completed form, you will be charged your monthly amount per the enrollment rate.  You are responsible for any charges on your account through the time we receive this form. Please call the studio and speak to the front desk to alert us of your student's withdrawal so that we may work to update all records and effect payment/fees accordingly. IF there is an emergency, pls contact us.
