We are delighted to announce that we will be running a 10-week course of netball coaching sessions aimed at year 6 players to help with the transition to senior school netball. The sessions will be once a week and start in April.
We are opening this up to any year 6 students from any school that are joining Roundwood Park School in September.
The sessions will run on
Fridays 4.00pm - 5.00pmStarting Friday 28th April for 10 sessions, suitable for all abilities
The purpose of these sessions are to identify the demands of senior school netball and to condition players physically and mentally so that they are ready for netball in year 7.
The 10 week course will cost £55 per player or to cover coaches, equipment and insurance.
Payment details will be sent after sign-up.
All sessions will be run by a level 2 netball coach and assistant

Upon receipt of a completed booking form, places will be confirmed by email within 5 working days. If a participant withdraws for one of more sessions after block booking, Herts & Beds Specialist Coaching reserves the right to withhold the session fee if the place is not filled by a reserve. In the event that a session is cancelled, a full refund will be issued.
Herts & Beds Specialist Coaching may take photographs and/or video of participants during sessions. These images may be used for marketing purposes. It should be noted that at no time will the participants name be directly associated with any picture or video footage. If a participant has strong views about not having their image publicised, they will need to make this clear at the outset via email.
All participants’ personal property is their own responsibility. Herts & Beds Specialist Coaching takes no responsibility for loss or damage of these items.
Any previous injuries must be made known to Herts & Beds Specialist Coaching via this form.
All participants are covered by Public Liability Insurance whilst at a Herts & Beds Specialist Coaching session. However, we cannot be held responsible for any act, omission or loss or damage unless proven to be caused by personal negligence.
In the event of participant injury/illness, all reasonable steps will be taken to contact the emergency contact(s) named on the booking form and the injury/illness will be dealt with appropriately. In the event that the emergency contact(s) cannot be contacted, consent is given to the Coaching Staff to act on their behalf.
