What thoughts would you like to share with other readers now that you have read Restoration in the Barrens? *
Here are some questions to consider, but you are not limited or required to respond specifically to them: Throughout Restoration in the Barrens, the main character, Corey, develops a deep connection with the prairie. How does the author, Joe Riederer, show Corey’s connections to the land? What importance do these connections have to the plot of the story? Where have you experienced a sense of place--the feeling  being connected to nature, people, and events in a particular area? Your place could be your hometown, a neighborhood park, or a school garden or forest.
What questions do you have for the author?
Selected questions will be answered in a live Q&A with Joe Riederer on May 1st (registration at https://bit.ly/3bXgHFJ). There will also be opportunities to ask Joe questions during the event.
