Virtual School Australia (VSA) is an online school that empowers girls in a safe online environment and uses empathy-driven, student-centred pedagogy where lessons are developed and delivered by experienced and qualified educators. We cater to individual learning styles, and our approach is based on Problem-and Project-based learning (PBL). We have three weekly lessons, and you will receive a Zoom Link a day before your class. Although this Course will be delivered for FREE, attendance and completion of Tasks by the due dates are essential to receive the Course Certificate and any awards. 

This Literacy & Numeracy Immersion programme will have THREE Components:

• Comprehending texts through listening, reading, viewing and decoding visual texts.
• Composing texts in English, through speaking, writing and creating visual texts (digital technology).
• The other focus will be on Numeracy, ScienceandTechnologies and its essential use and applications. Students will use, interpret and communicate mathematical and Scientific information to engage in and manage the demands of various situations. For example, understanding nutrition information, adjusting medications for family members, Calculating prices and Budgeting using a calculator.
• Girls/women of any age are welcome to attend this course. 

* Class Attendance: One-hour class, three times a week via Zoom. In addition you can have a One on One Conference with your tutor to monitor your progress.

* The weekly task will be emailed to you and shared on the webpage. You will receive more information once you complete the application form.

The FREE Classes are on Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday.
