Our annual HVE Fall Festival is coming up on October 19th and we are looking for folks who can help make it a success this year!
We will have weekly meetings starting September 12th and will have a group-me messaging thread so we can stay updated throughout. The first and last meetings will be on the playground so we can visualize the area and the other meetings will be virtual check-ins just to make sure we are all on track.
It is not required that you be able to attend all the meetings to be involved. Please sign up if you are interested in being a part regardless!
Meeting Schedule:
- Sept 12, General PTA Mtg 530-6pm, Fall Fest Committee Mtg 6-7pm -- We'll be on the playground and PTA will have water available since it will be hot.
- Sept 19, 6-7pm - Virtual
- Sept 26, 6-7pm - Virtual
- Oct 3, 6-7pm - Virtual
- Oct 10, 6-7pm - Playground (final walk through)
If you haven't already, please make sure you are cleared though LISD's Voly system and that you are a current PTA member.
