Messy Easter Animal Workshop (Trinity Church)

Time: 2-4pm (Please arrive on time)
Workshop time: 2:15pm-3:15pm (refreshments will be served when the workshop is finished)
Refreshments: 3:30pm-4pm

Come and join us at Messy Easter as we host an animal workshop for the children. There will be plenty of domestic and exotic animals to learn about and touch. There will also be light refreshments served afterwards. This is an event that you don't want to miss out on, places are limited to 35 children only. So sign up now as soon as possible!

If you want to come to the Messy Easter Animal Workshop at Trinity Church then please fill out all the information on this form. If you do not fill out all the information then you won't be allowed entry in to the event. When you arrive you will need to pay the entrance fee of £3 per child. Food cannot be consumed when touching the animals. If you are using the Trinity Church car park then you will need to register it on the system when you arrive.

Once I have received your completed form a confirmation email and text message will be sent to you confirming your child's place, you will need to bring this with you on the day, along with a payment of £3 per child. If you do not receive a confirmation email or text message then unfortunately you have been unsuccessful in securing your child's place. Confirmations will be sent the week of March 23rd, 2020.

(PLACES ARE LIMITED TO 35 CHILDREN ONLY AND ARE ON A FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE BASIS).

DEADLINE FOR COMPLETED FORMS IS 3PM, SUNDAY 22ND MARCH 2019.
