Parents,

We look forward to having your child join the South Spencer School Corporation as a Kindergartener next year!

Please complete this form to indicate that you intend for your child to enroll in Kindergarten at either Luce Elementary or Rockport Elementary for the 2021-2022 school year.  This information will be kept confidential.  A school representative will contact you soon to discuss how we will collect additional information needed to complete the enrollment process.

Your child MUST be 5 years old on or before Aug. 1, 2021 to be enrolled for Kindergarten next school year.  If your child will be 5 years old on or before October 1, 2021, you may request an early entrance assessment.
