Band Lock-in Registration, Fri. Jan. 26th
All attendees parents MUST complete this form (PREFERABLY BY MONDAY, the 22nd).
  • This form is being used by the band boosters to prepare food and supplies for the event. Please complete the form below and submit. You can re-submit if you have another child in the band. Only students currently in band may be registered. 
  • We need chaperones for this event! We are also hosting a chaperone meeting on Monday, January 22nd at 6pm in the band room. Please park at the bus loop and follow the signs. Please bring your driver’s license for a Raptor Scan. We must have enough chaperones or we will need to cancel the event. You can register your child(ren) and yourself by completing this form. 

    If you cannot attend this meeting, but do plan on chaperoning, please contact Vladi Vadura at 949-310-2649.  If you signed up at the Pizza Social in August, Ms. Vadura will be contacting you to see if you can still assist as the date changed.
