We, the legal parents/guardians of the participant, give our consent to his/her participation in Asian Science and Mathematics Olympiad (ASMO) International Competition 2019 which will be held in Changsha City, Hunan Province, China on Nov 29-Dec 3, 2019 and do hereby certify that we have read the guidelines regarding the confirmation of his/her participation in the said competition. Hence, we will follow and abide the guidelines established by the Philippine Brain Power Society (PhilBrain) to avoid problems that may be inconvenient to other members of the team.
We further agree that (a) we adhere to the requirements on group reservation and processing of plane ticket and hotel accommodation set by the PhilBrain; (b) the participants are allowed to have at most two (2) accompanying persons; (c) our main purpose to go to China is the ASMO International Competition 2019 and its activities, and that we will always coordinate with the PhilBrain officers and NOT with the travel agency on matters of shortcutting or extending our travel; (d) we know and understand the consequences should we insist to do our own booking, that is, our child will not be considered as official member of the Philippine Team; and (e) we let our child join only reputable and prestigious international math contests as specified at the
http://www.pbrainpowers.com, and we agree that PhilBrain reserves the right to discontinue our child’s future training if he/she joins contest not listed in those websites.
