In honor of World Habitat Day (Oct. 4) and World Teachers' Day (Oct. 5), we seek to expand our understanding on the nature of teaching -- the ecology of learning -- and teaching nature -- the study of habitats and ecosystems within the study frameworks but also the opposite movement that seeks to learn from nature about the educational process itself.

In this sense the education and learning system that conducts a fertile dialogue with the natural systems promotes “natural pedagogy” whose foundations involve pedagogical thinking with processes and insights from the natural world.

We want to discuss the possibilities that are taking shape in the education systems in the face of the escalating ecological crisis - how to educate for crisis management and on the other hand use the dialectic of the climate crisis in order to address the personal, class and community climate.

We seek to rethink the perception that sees man as part of nature in the face of the divisive dichotomous approach and from the renewed connection - the mental, the physical and the virtual to think about the tree of education and its branches that intertwine into areas of learning and growth.

Researchers, educators and creators from diverse worlds are invited whose time order calls for rethinking and extracting the insights and practices required for our time.
