Que vous soyez curieux, confirmé ou débutant, nous vous invitons à venir découvrir les cours de yoga avec nous !
Pour info, le yoga est un ensemble de postures et d’exercices de respiration qui vise à apporter un bien être physique et mental.
Les cours ne seront plus animés par Renelle que nous remercions pour sa participation depuis le début, mais par Klaudi, le nouveau service civique di SINGA Lille spécialiste de l'Ashtanga Yoga, branche dynamique. Ce sera l'occasion pour vous de rencontrer de nouvelles personnes, tout en pratiquons pour un corps et un esprit souple 🧘🏽♀️🧘♂️
Donnant de son temps gratuitement pour notre association et afin de valoriser son travail et d'encourager son engagement, nous avons décidé de vous laisser la possibilité de participer, à prix libre. Cette participation n'est pas obligatoire. C'est uniquement si vous le pouvez.

For your information, this practice is a set of postures and breathing exercises that aim to bring physical and mental well-being. The classes will not be anymore led by Renelle that we thank a lot for her engagement from the begining, but from Klaudi the new service civique. This will be an opportunity for you to meet new people, while making body and mind relaxed ! 🧘🏽♀️🧘♂️
