Welcome to Day 3, Yogis! Happy Friday! Today, we will do something relaxing - 20 minutes of Yin Yoga. Yin Yoga involves long stretches and breathing. Find a quiet place if you can, but if not, just do your best to focus on yourself. Have a relaxing weekend and I'll see you next Wednesday!
