Thank you for your interest in our Valet Tagging program.  Space is VERY limited and we try our best to find you an experienced tagger.  Please carefully review the information below as some of the requirements for this program have recently changed.

You should have at least 100 items (you are encouraged to have at least 20 items that are non-clothing (baby gear, toys, accessories, etc)--depending on your items, exceptions may be made) and 80% of your clothing items should be quality name brand (Old Navy, Crazy8, Gymboree, GAP, Children’s Place, Nike, Adidas, etc) in order to make the most with the JBF valet tagging service.

The Details:

-All consignors are paid 60% of the sale price of their items.
-There is a $15 consignor fee (this fee is waived if ALL your items are marked to DONATE).
-You and your tagger will come to an agreement on a % paid for the tagging service.   This percent can compensate the tagger for their time to meetup with you, inspect your items, organize, prep, tag your items, store them,  take them to the sale and put out onto the sales floor, pick up your items, and the cost of tagging supplies.
-This agreed to % will be deducted from your consignor check. -- Typically a tagger will charge 20-35%.  (For example:  you agree that your tagger will earn 25%, you had $300 in sales, you would earn a check of $105 ($300 x 35%) and your tagger would get $75 ($300 x 25%).  
-Limitations on quantity and acceptable for the upcoming sale will be followed for valet tagging (250 clothing items (newborn-big kid size 18, 10 maternity clothing items), 5 room decor/bedding, 10 Movies (DVD/Blu-Ray), NO mommy mart items, NO JUNIOR SIZES, NO Arts & Crafts, NO Party Supplies, NO Stuffed Animals.

At your meetup time, ALL items should be clean, sorted by size/gender/type.  Ensure toys, equipment, etc are working (items must have working batteries and ALL pieces included) and fit for resale by meeting safety requirements issued by the CPSC (no recalled items or handmade/hand altered items).
-To sell more of your items, plan to have ALL of your items marked to reduce on the 1/2-price day of the sale.  
-If your items are marked DONATE.  Unsold items will be donated at the end of the event to our charity partner.  Items marked DONATE will be available for purchase at 75% the last hour of the sale on Sunday.

A valet tagger will be contacting you (via text and email) in the coming days to discuss payment terms and coordinate a meetup time.  Please start preparing them now for drop off…do not wait till the last minute.  Your consignor presale pass which will allow you to shop at the private presale will be emailed to you a few days before the sale.
