BridgeEurope is a Europe-wide student organisation with one fundamental aim: building bridges between people with diverging political opinions to overcome the increasing political polarisation that we are facing. Together with our sister organizations BridgeUSA, BridgeAfrica and our chapters in Brazil, Russia and New Zealand, we create a network of engaged young people to get the dialogue started.

Your role:

>help in the development of current events
>develop new ideas for events to bridge our community
>reach out to potential speakers and keep in touch with them
>assist in the promotion of events and invite people to join
>assist during the event (moderation and technical support)

Requirements:

>determined, focused and results driven
>ideally a university student or young professional, activist with an interest in politics
>good command of English
>self-motivated with ability to work on their own initiative
>available for weekly meetings and willing to dedicate several hours a week to the organisation
>good communication and persuasion skills
>good and reliable team worker
