Thank you for considering Juguemos a Cantar for your child's SUMMER SPANISH EXPERIENCE.  We are thrilled to be able to offer a safe and fun summer camp adventure with early drop off and extended hours.

IMPORTANT:  
Staff reserves the right to mask any child who shows signs of illness, unexplained lethargy, excessive coughing, or unusual behavior that may lead to thinking that he/she is sick.  
Staff will call parents immediately and the child must be picked up within one hour of the phone call.

Juguemos PEEWEE Summer Camp offers a SPANISH IMMERSION environment for children ages 2's, 3's and early 4's, while they enjoy daily engaging and enriching activities.

PEEWEE DATES:
  • Dates:  JULY 8 (Monday) - AUGUST 30 (FRIDAY)  - 8 weeks
  • Meeting Point:  Prospect Park West at 3rd Street (inside the park)
  • Ages: 2 and 3 years old and 4's interested in half days or nap/quiet time 
  • Hours: 9am -3pm or 9 am -12 pm (check for availability) 
  • OPTIONAL Early Drop off (8am ) and/or EXTENDED DAY  (3pm to 5:30pm) at our site at 323 5th avenue (at 3rd street)

SCHEDULE CHANGE FEE:  
Please look over your selections carefully before submitting your camp registration.
ALL SELECTIONS ARE FINAL once registration is submitted.
Any changes to scheduling are subject to availability and will incur a $75 schedule change fee per occurrence.

TUITION IS NON-REFUNDABLE
  • Families are responsible for checking to ensure dates of attendance are correct prior to submitting deposit and reg fee payment (reg fee + deposit = $600)
  • Families are responsible for the full balance due, regardless of the days their child actually attends.
  • No refunds, credits, or makeups will be given for classes missed, including those due to travel, illness, or schedule conflicts.


TO REGISTER FOLLOW THESE STEPS:

STEP 1:  
  1. Complete the ONLINE registration form (specify week/s, days, as prompted)
  2. Send Non-refundable Registration Fee ( $100) and Non-refundable Deposit ($500) 
  3. Complete and submit Summer Camp Policies form 
  4. We do not reserve unpaid spots (See Schedule Change Fee above)


STEP 2:
  1. BY APRIL 1 - 50% of camp fees are due. 
  2. BY MAY 1:  BALANCE camp fees are due (non-refundable under any circumstance)
  3. Registering AFTER May 1 -- FULL TUITION is due.
  4. JUNE 1 OR BEFORE:  Submit the most updated Health form (send via email please)
  5. After June 1- $25 health form late submission fee. No child will be admitted without it on file.

REGISTRATIONS AFTER MAY 1 :
  1. FULL payment is due (all fees are non-refundable) 
  2. JULY 8 :  First day of camp (all fees must be paid in full by this day and all health forms submitted) 
  3. SCHEDULE CHANGE FEE applies at all times  to any changes in schedule,

IMPORTANT - READ - READ
  • FULL PAYMENT:  Registrations received after May 1 must be paid IN FULL. NO EXCEPTIONS
  • PENDING BALANCE BY JUNE 1- WAITLISTED :  Registrations, with a pending balance by JUNE 1,  will be automatically wait-listed and placed where space is available.   Spot, days OR weeks will not be guaranteed unless Full balance is received  before or on JUNE 1.  After our 3rd reminder, the spot will be released and the payment received forfeit.
  • LATE FEE:   Payments received after the DUE DATE must included a $25 late fee.  No Child will be accepted in Class/ Camp with a pending balance.
  • WAITLIST`: After June 1st, children will pending balance will be automatically waitlisted AND placed IF space is available
  • HEALTH FORM: No child will be admitted in camp with a pending balance or without an updated Health form on file.
  • DISCOUNTED TUITION:  only apply when your register & pay for those weeks at INITIAL REGISTRATION. If you add weeks, days, hours after your initial registration, they will be charged at regular rate.   If you later decide to add more weeks after registering, the discount per week will not be accumulative nor apply and the Schedule Change Fee will apply per occurrence.
  • Payments must be received upon submitting your registration. Juguemos a Cantar does not reserve spaces that have not been paid.
  • SIBLING DISCOUNT: First-child pays regular tuition, first sibling 5% discount only over TUITION (for example: not over t-shirts, registration fee, or any other items such as EDO or EXT DAY fees). Discount applies if siblings sign up in the same program (summer program). If siblings are in different programs (i.e. preschool, summer camp, virtual classes) sibling discount does not apply. Discount applies on shorter enrollment. Discounts cannot be combined. 
  • EARLY BIRD 5% -  register for 4 weeks or more and pay IN FULL by MARCH 31.  Some restrictions apply. Discount applies on shorter enrollment. Discount CANNOT be combined (i.e. Early bird,  Sibling discount).  Early Bird discount DOES apply ONLY over tuition. EARLY BIRD DOES NOT apply on t-shirts, registration fee, Ext. Day or EDO fees. Early Bird discount ONLY applies if registered and paid in FULL by March 31. Any subsequent changes (i.e. add more weeks, add EXT Day or add EDO after deadline 3/31) will not qualify for Early bird.  Keep in mind that after submitting your registration,  ANY CHANGE ON YOUR SCHEDULE before or after the 3/31 deadline is subject to a $75 FEE per occurrence.  Please be sure of your schedule BEFORE you submit your registration form.
  • DISCOUNTS CANNOT BE COMBINED:  discounts are PER FAMILY (if one sibling applied for EBD the other one CANNOT apply for Sibling Discount.  You can choose one or the other for your family.
  • SCHEDULE CHANGE FEE:  Please look over your selections carefully BEFORE submitting your camp registration. Once registration is submitted, all selections are final. Any changes to scheduling are subject to availability and will incur a $75 schedule change fee per occurrence.
