Pre-Project Charter Questionnaire
Prior to starting a project charter, please complete the following simple questionnaire to help us determine whether you should proceed to the strategic initiative process. By submitting this questionnaire, you will also be helping GSBE share the great things happening here, even if you don't end up needing to proceed to the project charter phase. For questions, please contact the Strategic Initiative Office chair.
