Why are you interested in joining the PEP team as an Associate Photographer? *
Our Associate Photographers are expected to adopt the shooting mindset and strategy of PEP during a wedding day. We shoot documentary style, with a high priority on candid moments and capturing the day as it authentically unfolds. We believe in coaching/directing as little as possible, unless specifically requested by our clients (with the exception of formal portrait times, couples photos, bridal/groom party photos, etc.) Is this a style of shooting you feel you can successfully achieve as a lead photographer? *
Our Associate Photographers are also required to adopt the engagement style of PEP when working with our clients. That includes, but is not limited to, respectful and professional encounters with clients and guests, not being on your phone in front of clients and guests, and shooting as much as possible throughout the day with the exception of your dinner break. Is that a working style you can embrace and execute? *
Anything else you'd like me to know? *
