(1) I will abide & act by the Constitution of TASMINA INC

(2) I will be available to participate in every EXCO meeting (if not, I would provide sincere reasons in advance to President/Secretaries)

(3) I will put my sincere efforts into actively participating in TASMiNA's programs

(4) I provide my consent to include myself in WhatsApp groups that are required for TASMiNA's operations

(5) The Applicant should pay the membership fee of 25$ per year for years 2022 and 2023
